When you train with me, you can expect sessions that focus on your goals, health, and strength—especially if you’re over 50 and want to stay active and independent. Each session combines resistance training to rebuild muscle, core exercises for stability, stretching for flexibility, and cardio for a healthy heart. I also guide you on nutrition to fuel your body properly.

My sessions are personalized, and I offer training sessions in my semi-private gym. If my clients have a gym at their home, I can train them there too. An online facility is also available for people who don’t live near Ocala, Florida, but still want to train under my guidance. Expect a supportive, encouraging environment where we work together to improve strength, energy, and overall well-being, all at a pace that fits you.
